The process of looking for and buying real estate can be very stressful. Ron incorporates a light-hearted enjoyment to put all parties at ease and make the process go as smoothly as possible. Throughout his career, Ron’s knowledge and understanding of the Greater Seattle Area real estate market has allowed him to represent clients in multiple types of transactions, including short sales, first-time home purchases, investment properties, finding the perfect dream home, and out-of-state moves. One of the ways Ron keeps current about the residential market is by working with top, local builders and contractors. Certified Negotiating Expert (CNE), Internet Marketing Specialist Designation (IMSD) and a Certified Short Sale Negotiator (CSSN) with Advanced Strategies training are among Ron’s designations.

Having over thirty years’ experience in the marketing and sales fields from his time working with companies such as Proctor and Gamble, Ron is very skilled at negotiations and problem solving and can think quickly on his feet. His clients are incredibly appreciative of his consistent communication, meticulous attention to detail, availability to answer questions and address concerns, and his expertise in successfully guiding them through every step of their transaction.

From Ron to You About His Personal Background

I was raised in the Madison Park area of Seattle and graduated from Roosevelt High School. I attended college in Seattle. After college, I had the opportunity to travel the world with a major US airline. I was able to visit the places I had dreamed about as a young boy and meet many important people who have shaped the history of our world. Traveling the world helped to round my personal growth and develop a greater understanding and appreciation for all cultures. I returned to the Puget Sound area in the late 1980's and after taking an early retirement from the airlines in the late 1990's, I decided to pursue my passion for real estate. My first year in the field I received "Rookie of the Year." And have continued to maintain a standard of excellence over the many years of being a real estate agent,

I now live in Edmonds with my wife Cynthia and enjoy my three wonderful children and two energetic dogs.
